Studying Thai Bodywork with her mentor Paul Fowler of Blue Lotus, she learned advanced techniques connected to the rich history of traditional Thai medicine. Intrigued by the depth of its teachings, she strives to live by them and indulge her lifelong curiosity for natural ways to heal the body.

Karen is also a yoga teacher, Vinyasa Yoga 200RYT, certified in Kundalini Yoga KRI 200RYT and a Reiki healer. She is an avid Tai Chi practitioner, plant mama and street style dancer.
