You will receive a Level One Certification from KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) as well as a Yoga Alliance 200-hour RYT Certification.

The deposit to reserve your space is nonrefundable. Once paid in full, the course fee is non-refundable, however in the case of necessary cancellation, could be applied to next year’s training.

There are many AirBnBs and hotels conveniently located near our West Loop studio, with more affordable options just outside the city center. We recommend any place with access to the Green or Pink line CTA train. The closest train stops to the studio are Ashland and Morgan.

Live attendance (virtual or in-studio) significantly impacts the quality of our learning environment, digestion of concepts/experiences, and your connection to this community of soul travelers. Attendance is required for 100% of training days, though in case of emergencies and extenuating circumstances, up to 2 missed days are permitted in order to keep pace with the training group. Each training day will be recorded and shared for you to review or catch up if need be.

A steady internet connection, quiet personal space, and Zoom-capable device with a camera + microphone! It is important for proper info relay, communication and feedback that you have a working camera and microphone.

This training is taught entirely in English, so we ask that you have a sufficient understanding of the English language. We can accept any written assignments, curriculums and the final exam in your mother tongue if it makes you more comfortable.

Yes! We cherish the participation of teachers who come back to our Level 1 trainings. Engage with the material from a fresh perspective and deepen your capacities as a teacher. We encourage all teachers to get back to basics every now and again, and are delighted to offer a discount to returning trainees.

If you are symptomatic, we ask that you stay home and follow along with the training online. In the event you develop symptoms during an immersion weekend and don’t have the option to return home, we have test kits on-site and private rooms available for you to keep up virtually.
