Sat Nam Yoga is available for private group and corporate wellness events. We have curated wellness experiences for 100’s of Companies and Communities in the Chicagoland Area including Oprah Winfrey Magazine, John Hancock Center 360, Target, and Gatorade to name a few.

Choose from our network of knowledgeable and naturally gifted healers. When it comes to alternative healing, energy medicine, sound therapy and clairvoyant readings, we have over a decade of experience working as a team to provide a well rounded mind & body care plan for you.
Kundalini Yoga, Medical Qi Gong, or Tai Chi
One-on-One Private sessions are a highly viable option in place of public classes. Especially if you have a set specific goal – whether it’s mental, emotional, spiritual or physical. Perfect for those with special health concerns, injuries, or any other limitations. Private yoga and meditation instruction is your expressway to a healthier and happier you.
