Early Morning Sadhana

Sadhana is your personal, individual, spiritual effort. It's whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you.

Early Morning Sadhana is led by a rotation of devoted community members who volunteer to provide this sacred space for all. We are a service driven community and we leave noone behind. Your love donation pays practice forward for someone who may be financially challenged.

During what are called the ambrosial hours (2.5 hours just before sunrise), when the sun is at a sixty-degree angle to the Earth, the energy you put into your sadhana gets maximum results. Your world is quieter. It’s easier to meditate and concentrate before the hustle and bustle of the day begins.

Etiquette

Wear a head cover its a tool for meditation and a gesture of respect.

Japji prayer book must never touch the floor.

Quiet please. Silence your phone. If you must have a conversation do so just above a whisper outside of the practice room.

Work at your own pace and move mindfully in your practice. If you need a break you are welcomed to lie down. Just being in this space is healing.

Come and go gracefully. We understand that you may need to arrive late or leave early. Please do so quietly.
