Self-doubt, anxiety, and isolation all stem from losing connection with the rhythms of nature and of Self. This grounding course for intuitive beings explores reconnecting with our elemental nature through earth-based energy medicine.
Learn to become a responsible practitioner of the esoteric arts while healing yourself in the process. Wholeness is the greatest gift you can use to serve others and honor the planet.
You may not believe it, but you’re a powerful healer. There is a way to connect with that part of yourself through the wisdom of the mother earth. Embrace the mystery of your psychic awareness, connect to the spirit of plants & animals, and get acquainted with your team of nature guides.
Following the cycle of nature, TerraMa course moves through 9 modules:
Air (April + May)
represents new beginnings, Spring, thoughts, and communication. In these first two modules, you’ll practice meditation and visualization techniques to build trust with your intuition and strengthen your psychic abilities.
These techniques lead to more confidence and a clearer connection to messages you receive, whether from guides, dreams, or your own intuition. The truth is, these messages and answers come more easily when the mind is still.
Fire (June + July)
Fire rules Summer, our passions, spirit and actions, and in these next two modules you’ll connect to the energies of objects, plants, and animals. You’ll learn how to make herbal medicine and connect to your guides. Connecting with your guides is an even clearer way to receive messages and information for your personal practice.
Water (August + September)
Transitioning to the module of Water, the home of our emotions, times of release, and Autumn, you’ll learn how to perform healing work by moving and safely releasing energy blocks. Ayurvedic practice believes that water also holds memory, including all stories that have ever been told, and so the study of channeling and divination will take place in these modules.
Earth (October + November)
The next modules focus on journeying, dream work, and visiting ancestors and your past lives as we focus on the element of Earth: the realm of Winter, the physical world, deep rest and the dark of night. From here, you can build a personal practice of prayer and ritual that connects you to your own ancestral lineage based on guidance you’ve received throughout the course.
As we close the cycle, the course ends with a celebration of all you’ve learned! We’ll gather in December for a potluck and you’ll have a chance to practice with and receive from your fellow students in a practice party.
About your instructor, Cat Fritz
This program is based on Cat's own apprenticeship in energy work, completed in 2009, though she has experienced a lifelong connection to spirits, nature, and the unexplained. An energy healer and resident Reiki Master Teacher at Sat Nam, Cat has given healings and Reiki attunements across the US and as far away as Sydney, Australia.

Class dates and other info
TerraMa is a 9-month training program, meeting one Sunday per month. Because of the density of the material shared in this course we have limited it to 10 people for an intimate study. This will assure ample one-on-one time with Cat throughout your process so you can start to use your new skillsets to improve your life immediately.
