Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy
with Venus
This form of sound therapy uses metal bowls to create vibrational sounds that promote relaxation and reduce stress. During a session, the therapist may place the bowls on different parts of the body or move them around to create a dynamic and immersive sound experience.
The practitioner will first strike the bowl to create a sound, and then run a mallet around the edge of the bowl to produce a sustained tone. The sound waves produced by the singing bowl can penetrate deep into the body, inducing a release of tension in the body, improvement of circulation, and balance of the nervous system. Tibetan singing bowl therapy is often used as a complementary therapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.
