This experiential half-day immersion explores the foundational elements of playing the gong as a tool for transformation and healing.

Through various playing and listening exercises, this course gives gong lovers an opportunity to expand their curiosity and understanding of this powerful sound current and start to develop their own inner approach to the instrument.

Tune into the consciousness of the gong player, learn simple techniques and mallet strokes as well as how to start and finish a session. You will have the opportunity to play the gong in 1-on-1 and group scenarios to clarify the difference and receive personal guidance on how to create unique sequences of sound for both.

This course is open to all levels of understanding. No previous experience playing the gong is necessary at all.
