Ceremonial Cacao known as "The Food of the Gods" is revered as a highly vibrational sacred plant medicine. It is one of the oldest holistic practices dating back to 1900BC. Traditionally used by indigenous cultures and ancient shamans to unify body, mind, heart and spirit.

When taking part in a Cacao Ceremony you’ll sip on a generous warm mug of raw cacao. This completely safe and magical elixir contains natural active chemicals that are found naturally in the body. Many of which help release feel good emotions! For example, Theobromine is known to increase the release of dopamine a.k.a. ‘the pleasure hormone’ to the brain. Phenethylamine is sometimes called ‘the love drug’ because it arouses feelings similar to those that occur when one is in love. This chemical is a known to relieve stress and depression.

This ritual initiates a release of negative energy and emotional blockages as it opens and expands the heart field. It inspires intimate sharing, increased intuition, slows us down to a more doable pace and can provide insight. It  is said that one can access the deepest sense of self and even euphoria!

Our session may include a combination of music, dancing, singing, prayer, yoga, meditation, visualization, conscious breathing and definitely CELEBRATION.
