In Person Only - Limit 10

Level one is the gentle introduction to the concepts of Reiki Healing.

During this course you will connect directly to the Reiki source. After the Level One class the Reiki energy will be accessible to you through your intention. You can treat and heal yourself and others hands on and in person. From here, your connection will grow stronger with practice.

Logistics
• Preparatory email will be sent out a few days prior to the training. If you register less than 3 days to the training please email mgr@satnamyogachicago.com for this material. 

• Dress is loose comfortable clothing. Bring anything you need to feel comfortable while sitting up or laying down. We recommend yoga mats, yoga blankets, and cushions.  

• Lunch break will be from 12-1pm(ish)
