Registration Notes:
You have the option to attend either one session or both for the full experience. There will be a 30-minute break between the two sessions. Please make sure to select the correct pricing option to reserve your spot in the appropriate session. Note that Part 2 has a limit of 15 seats.

Part 1 Yoga for Winter to Spring
11:00am-12:30pm 1.5hr.

Winter is associated with the Kidney and the Water Element, while Spring aligns with the Liver and the Wood Element. The health of these organs is essential for maintaining energy levels and resilience, especially in the face of stress.

During the workshop, we will explore accessible poses—many of which are restorative—to stimulate circulation, improve digestion and sleep, and help regulate the nervous system. These practices will support the shift from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), fostering a state of balance and relaxation.

An extended Savasana will be included, with the use of magnets to support the free flow of energy. These magnets are reusable and can be utilized for ongoing support after the workshop.

Part 2  Community Acupuncture for Winter to Spring
1:00pm-2:00pm 1hr.

In a group setting, the practice of community acupuncture creates a "field effect," enhancing your biological response through shared group resonance.

Fine gauge needles will be applied to ear points, with a few additional body points to optimize the flow of Qi. This treatment is ideal for those who are feeling fatigued, stressed, or have unresolved tension. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be prepared to greet the energy of Spring with renewed vitality and a sense of well-being.
